Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report through our contact form page.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Gripset Skate Co. does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size or for a face masks. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful Customer Service at https://www.printful.com/contacts, and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Gripset Skate Co. reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Skateboard Decks
CLAIMS: CLAIMS FOR ERRORS OR SHORTAGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. CLAIMS FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE FILED AGAINST THE CARRIER. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS FOLLOW INCOTERMS ‘EXWORKS’. ALL SHIPPING SERVICES ARRANGED AND PROVIDED FOR BY GRIPSET SKATE CO ARE A COURTESY AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS ONCE THEY LEAVE GRIPSET SKATE CO'S PREMISES.
RETURNS: NO CLAIM SHALL BE ALLOWED NOR CREDIT GIVEN FOR GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT GRIPSET SKATE CO’S WRITTEN AUTHORITY, AND, IN NO CASE, SHALL ANY CLAIM BE ALLOWED IF MADE MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
WARRANTY: GRIPSET SKATE CO WARRANTS MERCHANDISE SHIPPED TO ANY CUSTOMER TO BE OF SELLABLE QUALITY. GRIPSET SKATE CO MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO STIPULATION, AGREEMENT OR UNDERSTANDING OF THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE VALID OR ENFORCEABLE UNLESS IN WRITING BY A DULY AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF GRIPSET SKATE CO.
GRIPSET SKATE CO'S LIABILITY: LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE DUE TO THE USE OF GRIPSET SKATE CO'S PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE INVOICE PRICE OR THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY GRIPSET SKATE CO. GRIPSET SKATE CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE BECAUSE OF LATE DELIVERIES OR NON-DELIVERIES DUE TO FIRE, INABILITY TO ACQUIRE RAW MATERIALS, LABOR DIFFICULTIES, OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND GRIPSET SKATE CO'S CONTROL AND SHALL CONTINUE UNTIL SUCH CONTINGENCY HAS BEEN REMEDIED. ANY CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE OR UNSELLABLE QUALITY PRODUCT REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE TO PRESENT OR SHIP SAID PRODUCT TO GRIPSET SKATE CO BASED IN TUCSON, ARIZONA.
CANCELLATION: CUSTOM ORDERS MAY ONLY BE CANCELED PRIOR TO COSTS INCURRED BY GRIPSET SKATE CO ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS. ANY CUSTOM ORDER TERMINATED AFTER COSTS ARE INCURRED BY GRIPSET SKATE CO ARE SUBJECT TO A TERMINATION CLAIM FOR REASONABLE AND NECESSARY OUT OF POCKET COSTS AND EXPENSES NOT PREVIOUSLY PAID BY BUYER.
Skateboard Deck Delivery Information:
All skateboards and longboards are made to order. We provide Tracking Number as soon as your order ships. The following estimated delivery info is based per customer. This means if you order 5 different orders of 1-9 decks it will be considered a bulk order.
1-10 deck orders have a estimated turn around time of 1-2 weeks plus ship time. Production time does not include weekends or holidays.
11-20 deck orders is an estimated 2-5 weeks plus ship time.
Bulk orders 21 and up have a estimated turn around time of 5-8 weeks.
Orders with many different shapes, graphics and sizes can also take longer than these estimated time frames. Rush orders are currently unavailable. Please Note that all orders subject to delays due to many factors not limited to equipment malfunctions, raw material supplier delays, reprinting orders, blemishes, human errors, larger than normal volume of sales, natural and man made disasters and sick days.
Compensation? We do not offer any compensation for orders that are delayed. All skateboards are made for you based on your order requirements. We do not stock decks we make them just for you.
